All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to director@llssa.org. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
• Cancellations Made 7 or More Days Before the Class:
Participants may choose one of the following options:
1. Receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee to cover processing costs.
2. Transfer their registration to a future live class date or a self-paced class.
• Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before the Class:
Refunds will not be issued. However, participants may transfer their registration to a future live class date or a self-paced class.
• Failure to Cancel Before the Class Start Time:
No refund or transfer will be issued if cancellation is not made prior to the start of the class.

If the class is postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond LLSSA’s control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies), the association will notify all students promptly. Refunds or credits toward a future event will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Registration is transferable to another representative from the same company at no additional cost. Written notification of the change must be sent to director@llssa.org at least 3 business days before the event.

Class and Registration expire 1 year after purchase.
